We struggled with arthritis, hair loss from and all the conditions discussed in this website.  We went to specialists; we also carried out a lot of research ourselves; we found what worked and what did not work.  We are always looking for easier and cheaper solutions, and also longer-lasting.  We share our findings on this page.  Our research has led us to the healthy path we are on today.
